2022, Let's do This!

MY COMMITMENT TO YOU

 
 

2022 Goals:

  1. Re-enter the workforce as a Class A driver aiding the flow of food/goods;

  2. Provide support and 20% of my earnings to social justice organizations;

  3. Support my grandma in writing her memoir, “Call Me Sunshine;”

  4. Transition Mark’s List™ to a worthy non-profit.

2021 Goals:

  1. Prepare three toolkit talks for Government Reform, Faith Leadership, and Civic-mindedness;

  2. Develop System Implementation Plan for Mark’s List;

  3. Advise congress and international orgs on gov’t transparency, accountability, & anti-corruption;

  4. Deliver a social media campaign emphasizing book excerpts and key messages;

  5. Write some poetry on toolkit talk topics.

2020 Goals:

  1. Pitch my consulting toolkit to 35 organizations;

  2. Retune my messaging regarding healthy positivity;

  3. Spend a month of rejuvenation away from the beltway;

  4. Incorporate a practice of forgiveness into my monthly self check-in;

  5. Attempt amends with loved ones I’ve alienated;

  6. Continue my hobby to upkeep and advance Mark’s List. ***Friendly reminder that you can contribute to work on Mark’s List either by sending your credible input to markslistinput@gmail.com, or by donating through Patreon, so I can hire researchers to fill the database!!!

2019 Goals:

  1. Prepare BenchMark Executive Toolkit and BenchMark Assessment

  2. Prepare first versions of Mark My Words™ and Mark’s List™

  3. Create an instructional video series

  4. Deliver talks at area schools, libraries, senior centers, and prisons

  5. Create and deliver three comedy sketches

  6. Give a talk for an international organization

  7. Publish my next book, about the ordeals of speaking out for social reform.

2018 Goals:

  1. Maintain a table of topics on this site, and for each topic, articulate the arguments counter-arguments, reinforcing points, and evidence-based reforms, based on the conclusions derived from the diverse group of contributors, including the international perspective.

  2. Administer a social media channel called “Mindful Motivators” that makes motivational memes, podcasts, and 90-second videos, and sprinkles in mentions to other inspiring channels and references.

  3. On this site, we maintain a listing of pervasive destructive beliefs, and offer suggested approaches for addressing each.

  4. Provide a how-to for achieving success and ascending the levels of human wellbeing, from self-preserving thoughts and behaviors to self-awareness, self-regulation, and self-actualization, covering the physical, emotional, mental, social, and spiritual elements of wellbeing.

  5. Provide analysis of corporations on the degree to which they are activists or opposition to social progress.
